Bells Corners United Church approached us to help celebrate their milestone 175th anniversary. The goal was to honor their rich history while engaging both the congregation and the broader community.
The project included creating a versatile logo specifically for the anniversary event, designing custom t-shirts, producing a large-format timeline poster for display in the church foyer, and other commemorative materials. These efforts were designed to strengthen community bonds and preserve the church’s enduring story.

- A Versatile and Thoughtful Logo Design
We created a clean, adaptable logo specifically for the 175th anniversary event. This process involved discussions with the congregation to ensure the logo reflected their identity and values. The result worked seamlessly across various mediums—from t-shirts and posters to digital platforms and even on a commemorative quilt. - Commemorative T-Shirts for the Congregation
We designed limited-edition t-shirts featuring the new logo. Members of the congregation wore them proudly during special events throughout the anniversary celebration, fostering a sense of unity. - A Timeline Poster for the Foyer
Designing the timeline poster presented several challenges: Should it be vertical or horizontal? What size would work best for readability? Where would it be displayed? After much deliberation, we opted for a horizontal layout that balanced text and visuals. Using AI tools, we grouped key dates into distinct periods, making the timeline easier to navigate. The final piece now sits proudly in the church foyer, inviting congregants and visitors to explore BCUC’s rich history.
